Are you easily offended? I know people who are offended when they hear the word no. I was recently asked how I bounce back so fast after rejection. I responded by saying no has a totally different meaning for me.
No is an acronym for Next Opportunity.
Therefore, the word No doesn’t offend me; it pushes me to do more, to do better to be greater.

The COVID-19 pandemic put a hold on many events, one being the annual “Older Americans Month Celebration and Luncheon” that is held every May and is sponsored by Bullock County Chairman, Alonza Ellis, Jr. This event is also held in Troy with surrounding counties included in the festivities, however, in 2009 Chairman Ellis decided he wanted to do something for Bullock County alone.
