Bullock County students Rose Ryan-Ulver and Laura Lee Putnam attended the Alfa Youth Leadership Conference Nov. 13-14 at the Alabama 4-H Center in Columbiana. Forty-five counties from all over Alabama were represented.

Meet “Sela,” our cat of the week. Sela is a two and a half year old spayed female domestic short hair. She's up to date on all of her shots including rabies. Sela is extremely calm and prefers to snuggle up on your lap or sit in her window basket and watch the youngsters play.
Last Thursday evening, Tchernavia Blackmon traveled to Saint James School in Montgomery to see JB Braswell play football.
